CONCEPTo

The museum is a symbolic building composed by two very recognizable elements and the powerful system of pedestrian bridges and platforms that surrounds them. This system gives access to the Museum and the Restaurant and it links them with the Park, the Olympia Terminal and the Forecourt sited in the north side.

The first piece has been mostly developed in her horizontal dimension where a great gallery will be set up in. It has such height that it will allow to keep the great views from the park. The other piece is developed in a vertical way. It is a welcoming element where the main hall area, the atrium, the store, all the visitor services, even the most specific exhibitions areas will be placed. The suggestive relation between the two main pieces of the building and the pedestrian ways and bridges will give a symbolic building that is easily perceivable from the surrounding. This powerful, timeless identity of the building makes everyone definitely feel welcome.
