CONCEPT

In order to achieve this great Complex of buildings and landscapes, we try to be little invasive with the implementation of the building, so the most area of the complex will be developed in the basement floor (same level of the future Aldstad district) so the building only emerges from the ground like a telluric movement in certain points to leave a small footprint in the area.

In that way, with a delicate, elegant and refined complex of lighthouses, patios and archaeological remains, this proposal understands the former castle Königsber complex like a whole to create a venue where art, architecture, culture, history and nature come together. This solution achieves an interesting feedback between both (building and park) which is generated by the contrast of formal different characteristics of both.
